John & Patsy: John has been in the food industry for 37 years working his way up in the kitchen. He has helped open seven restaurants and has owned three himself. After being retired for five years he and his wife Patsy decided they wanted to get back in the game. John is from Connecticut where he owned LaSalle Market and The Crown and Hammer Upscale Pub, and Patsy was raised in Flagler Beach and graduated from FPC back in 89 and has always had a heart for everyone to love and enjoy the little beach town she grew up in. They both love the area and are happy to be a part of the local business and look forward to serving the locals and all who visit Flagler Beach. Their hope is that everyone will love The Blue Heron as much as they do. That it will be a place that will bring joy, laughter, great eats and tons of fun.
