Tianos is the lifelong dream of both Chef Vittorio Tiano and his wife Caterina. Having come to Central Florida on vacation from his hometown of Naples, Vittorio fell in love with the laid back atmosphere, the people, the community of New Smyrna Beach and his true love, Caterina. He made a monumental and life changing decision to call New Smyrna Beach his home and turned his vacation into a permanent one. Vittorio met Caterina while working in her familys long standing and successful Italian restaurant Ce La Luna in Edgewater. They began a whirlwind romance and then married.
